3 Charged In Fleischmanns Hate Crime

3 people are facing felony hate crime charges in connection with a Delaware County theft. State Police say the trio stole an ethnic fur hat from a man in Fleischmanns on Friday then yelled anti-Semitic slurs as they drove off. Delaware County Businesses Fail Underage Alcohol Compliance Check

New York State Police conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative in Delaware County on July 21. 10 establishments were checked with ones in Roxbury and Arkville not in compliance. The employees at those businesses selling alcohol to the minor each were ticketed. Plain-clothed troopers accompany minors on the compliance checks. Plea Deal Possible In Schoharie Limo Case

Discussions are continuing between prosecutors in the 2018 fatal Schoharie limo crash and attorneys for the limo company owner facing 40 charges for allowing an unsafe vehicle to remain in service.
