Discussions are continuing between prosecutors in the 2018 fatal Schoharie limo crash and attorneys for the limo company owner facing 40 charges for allowing an unsafe vehicle to remain in service. The two sides met last week and will convene again on Thursday. Prosecutors say a court date may be set for September.
