New York State Police conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative in Delaware County on July 21. 10 establishments were checked with ones in Roxbury and Arkville not in compliance. The employees at those businesses selling alcohol to the minor each were ticketed. Plain-clothed troopers accompany minors on the compliance checks.
