3 people are facing felony hate crime charges in connection with a Delaware County theft. State Police say the trio stole an ethnic fur hat from a man in Fleischmanns on Friday then yelled anti-Semitic slurs as they drove off. The three were booked into jail on $5,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
