New York is doubling down for the 5th round of Downtown Revitalization Initiative awards. During the previous rounds – incluing the one that Oneonta won – $10 million was awarded to one winner per economic deveopment region. Now there will be either 2 $10 million winners per region or there could be a single winner getting $20 million.
