A former licensed pharmacist from Unadilla takes a plea deal on federal drug charges. Prosecutors say Mark Mongillo pleaded guilty last Thursday in connection with his arrest in Johnson City earlier this year after being pulled over for driving erratically. Sentencing is set for Nov, 23 and Mongillo could be behind bars for a decade.
