The man convicted for the kidnapping and sexual assault of 9 year old Charlotte Sena has been sentenced to 47 years to life in prison. The ordeal happened on September 30th at Moreau Lake State Park. Sena was snatched as she rode her bicycle while picnicking with her family. Ross pleaded guilty in February to the abduction. After a frantic 48 hour search, authorities found the girl hidden in a trailer.
