Cooperstown leaders have made some changes to a zoning ordinance to allow for an arcade business on Main Street. The change will allow for game rooms and recreational facilities through a special permit in business orc ommercial districts. An application from Joe and Katy De Sanno shows they want to open an arcade at 106 Main Street, above the Cooperstown Underground Barbershop business. The application will be discussed next week by the trustees. the village planning board has already signed off on the plans.
