Two new members have been selected to serve on the Oneonta Planning Commission. The commission has appointed Marcela Micucci as the chair person to replace Danny Lappin. Micucci had been serving as vice chair. Now serving in the vice chair psoition, the commission selected David Rissberger. This wa sthe first time the planning commission had met since November when Lappin resigned.
