Sindey Police say a man found sleeping on a discarded couch turned out to be wanted in Pennsylvania and in New Jersey. The man identified as Richard Chlebuch, from Philadelphia was taken into custody on Tuesday and officers found he was wanted for a probation violation in Pennsylvania and for an unspecified charge in New Jersey. Chlebuch was arraigned then remanded to the Delaware County Jail to await extradition to Pennsylvania.
