Felony arson charges are brought in a Springfield fire that damaged a camper and an abandoned farmhouse. According to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office, Jason Tracy of Cherry Valley started the fire in the camper at a Briar Hill Road address and it spread to the farmhouse. Investigators say they quickly determined the origin of the fire to be suspicious. Tracy was arraigned then released on his own recognizance pending an appearance in Town of Springfield court.
