Because of weather delays and additional utility work NYSEG and its contractor is extending its gas main replacement project on East St. in Oneonta near Graduate Avenue. Work now continues through next Wednesday, weather permitting. The traffic signal will be in flash mode between 7:00 a.m.and 5:00 p.m. with flaggers controlling the intersection.
