An arson charge is filed in a Town of Milford shed fire. According to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office an investigation determined Susan P. Raczkowski, of Milford deiberately set the fire in the Evening Inn Road shed which destroyed and and the property inside. Raczkowski was taken into custody last Thursday and arraigned then was released on her own recognizance pending a future court date.
