Hyde Hall in Cooperstown receives a state grant from the Park and Trail Partnership Grants program. The money will go to design, fabricate, and install four interpretive and educational panels that introduce visitors to Hyde Hall’s history and offer a general welcome and orientation to the site. $900,000 in grants were awarded statewide. Victims of human trafficking can now recover actual, compensatory and punitive damages or other appropriate relief under a new state law. A man is killed in an ATV crash that happened Monday in Schoharie County. Police say Kenneth Gabrielsen of Jamesport, NY, hit a tree head on at an Enid Road property.
