Hyde Hall Receives State Grant

Hyde Hall in Cooperstown receives a state grant from the Park and Trail Partnership Grants program. The money will go to design, fabricate, and install four interpretive and educational panels that introduce visitors to Hyde Hall’s history and offer a general welcome and orientation to the site. $900,000 in grants were awarded statewide. SUNY Reopening Campuses Without Restrictions

Even with COVID-19 cases on the upswing the State University of New York still plans to open campuses this fall without restrictions for those who are vaccinated. Police Reform Board Finalizing Recommendations

Oneonta’s Community Advisory Board Review Council which is reviewing proposed changes to the police department will meet on Aug. 10 to finalize the recommendations. Fatal ATV Crash In Schoharie County

A man is killed in an ATV crash that happened Monday in Schoharie County. Police say Kenneth Gabrielsen of Jamesport, NY, hit a tree head on at an Enid Road property.
