Even with COVID-19 cases on the upswing the State University of New York still plans to open campuses this fall without restrictions for those who are vaccinated. Chancellor Jim Malatras says once the COVID-19 vaccine receives full FDA approval they will change the current emergency use authorization for students to a full mandate.
