City of Oneonta crews will be doing repairs on the middle level of the parking garage this Thursday and Friday between 5:00 a.m. and concluding each day around 1:30 p.m. As a result that level will be closed those days. Officials ask drivers to obey no parking signs and avoid coned off areas.
