The Friends of the Upper Delaware River is developing a voluntary Recreational Plan for the River’s Tailwaters region, including the Towns of Colchester, Deposit and Hancock.
The organization has 2 online surveys to get input – one for landowners and the other for recreationists. Both surveys are at fudr.org.
