The city of Norwich says it will reveal the winning city flag design on April 17th, Founders Day. A statement from the city says it received more than 480 submissions for city flag designs. The City of Norwich Initiative Committee has narrowed that big list down to eight finalists. Community members were then invited to vote for their favorite designs. The design that received the most votes will be revealed next week, on Wednesday.
