The city of Oneonta confirmed Wednesday that it IS moving to shut down a troubled motel. Further, the manager of the Town House Inn has been arrested for maintaning a public nuisance. Mayor Mark Drnek says there have been more than 400 police calls at the motel in the past year. On Friday, someone opened fire from a pistol, damaging several cars, but nobody was injured. The police chief says one person recently died of a drug overdose at the motel.
