Graffiti – some of it with a racist message – was found this week at Badger Park in Cooperstown. According to All Otsego it happened sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday. Police are canvassing the area seeking witnesses. Workers were at the park Wednesday and Thursday removing the graffiti from the park’s equipment and signs.
