A one-car accident in the Town of Oneonta results in the driver facing a felony charge. Police say Johnny Walker of Rochester struck a guide rail, traffic sign, restaurant sign, a tree and was in the wood line near Farmhouse Restaurant on State Highway 7. An investigation resulted in Walker being charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation because his license was suspended 27 times. Walker and his passenger were taken to A.O. Fox Hospital as a precaution.
