Hundreds Attend Pro-Asian-American Rally In Cooperstown

Over 200 attended Sunday’s rally at the Otsego County Courthouse in Cooperstown to support Asain-American right and condemn a recent string of attacks against that group. According to All Otsego the event was arranged by a group of Cooperstown Central School freshmen, including 15-year-old Cate Bohler who says the March shooting in Atlanta where 6 Asian-Americans were killed was the inspiraion for the rally. A number of officials spoke along with faculty from SUNY Oneonta.
