Non-profit organizations in Otsego, Chenango and Delaware Counties are sharing in more than a quarter-million dollars of grants awarded by the Community Foundation For South Central New York. Grants ranged from $550 to $20,000 for projects and programs from arts and cultural organizations, child care centers, libraries, emergency services, Habitat for Humanity, animal welfare agencies and others. The Foundation manages an endowment of funds either established or contributed to by individuals, families, businesses, foundations and others.
