State Senator Peter Oberacker is calling for a formal investigaion into potential misconduct by the Cuomo administration in the misreporting of COVID-19 deaths in the state’s nursing homes. All Otsego reports Oberacker joined Republican colleages in asking Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli to request the probe and said they can’t stop investigating until the full story is exposed. The Senate is proposing to make Mar. 25 a “We Care” Rememberance Day to honor those who died in nursing homes.
