Otsego County submits its review of the Sheriff’s Department policies and procedures to Governor Cuomo’s office a week ahead of the deadline imposed to provide those proposed changes. All Otsego reports the Board of Representatives unanimously approved the plans following an 8-day public comment period which elicited one response. The City of Oneonta is finalizing its proposed reforms and will hold a public hearing on the changes next Thursday via online teleconference.
