New York is giving teens a big incentive to get the COVID-19 vaccine. The state is raffling off 50 full 4-year college scholarships including tuition along with room and board as well as books and other supplies Parents and guardians can enter their kids starting today if they received their first COVID-19 dose after May 12. 10 scholarships will be awarded per week on Wednesdays starting next week and continuing through July 7.
