PUMA Inspires SUNY Oneoonta Classroom Project

A group of SUNY Oneonta fashion students are acquiring real-world industry knowledge thanks to an experiential learning project with leading sportswear brand PUMA. The students are engaged in a semester-long exercise to develop creative promotional strategies to launch a new product. It’s helped students learn long-term project management skills and understanding how to work successfully with others. Class of 1986 graduate Scott Salzman is PUMA’s national sales manager and was instrumental in arranging the project.
