New Lisbon Breaks Ground On New Highway Garage

New Lisbon officials hold a groundbreaking for the town’s new highway garage. All Otsego reports town, county and federal officials plus members of the public were among those in attendance at the County Route 16 ceremony. It will replace a 50-year-old building.

Goff Named DCSO Employee Of The Quarter

The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office announces Corrections Sergeant Heath Goff is the Employee of the Quarter for the 1st Quarter of 2023. Sergeant Goff joined the Sheriff’s Office in 2008 and was promoted to Sergeant status in 2020.

Hancock Man Pleads Guilty To Contempt Charge

A man from Hancock pleads guilty to a criminal contempt charge for violating a proitecton order. Prosecutors say Derek Wignal’s plea deal has a 6 month jail sentence and afterwards he will be on probation for 5 years. Sentencing is scheduled for May 15.

Spring Garden Day Is April 15

The Otsego Master Gardener Volunteers are hosting Spring Garden Day at the 2023 Earth Fest on Saturday, April 15, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Milford Central School. Spring Garden Day features activities for the whole family throughout the day plus vendors and food trucks.
