Wenck Named Milford Schools Interim Superintendent

Romona Wenck is the new interim superintendent for Milford Central Schools. According to All Otsego she was appointed to the role early last month. DCSO Corrections Division Receives Accredidation

The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Division received accreditation from the New York state Sheriff’s Association, This means all divisions of the Sheriff’s Office are full yand completely accredited. SUNY Oneonta Mills Distinguished Lecture set for Oct. 18

SUNY Oneonta’s 2021 Mills Distinguished Lecture will feature author Dashka Slater who wrote “The 57 Bus”, which recounts an assault on a municipal bus in Oakland, California, and how it affected its perpetrator and victim, both teens. Chenango County Fair Opens Aug. 11

The Chenango County Fair makes its return for 2021. According to the Evening Sun the 174th annual event taking place Aug. 11 through Aug. 15 is a day shorter than in the past to allow for more setup time. NY Launches Restaurant Return-to-Work Tax Credit Program

New York allocates $35 million to help expand employment opportunities for restaurant workers and provide relief to COVID-impacted restaurants.
