More COVID-19 Cases In Otsego & Chenango Counties

The Otsego County Department of Health reports 11 new COVID-19 cases with 81 cases currently active. 5 people remain hospitalized. 7 new cases were reported by the Chenango County Health Department with 82 cases active. 196 people are in quarantine and 8 people are hospitalized. Neither department reported any new COVID-19 related deaths.

The Otsego County Department of Health reports a 65th person has died from COVID-19 related complications. The department didn’t disclose the individual’s age, gender or residency or if that person was vaccinated. 14 additional COVID-19 cases were reported on Monday and the active case total is 83. 5 people are hospitalized. Man Faces Felony Charges For Passing Bad Checks In Cobleskill

A month-long investigation into bad checks passed in Cobleskill results in a man facing felony charges. Police say the man cashed 3 fradulent checks last month worth more than $13,000. The man turned himself in last Sunday and was arraigned on 2 felony charges then released on his own recognizance.
