State Police are looking for the suspect who burned a pride flag at a Gilbertsville home. It happened sometime between Sept. 9 and 12. There was minor damage to the home’s porch. A similar flag and a lawn sign were stolen from the same home a few weeks earlier. Otsego County recorded its 67th COVID-19 related death on Thursday. The individual’s age and gender weren’t released and it’s not known if they were vaccinated. It’s the second COVID-19 death this week. 20 new COVID-19 cases were reported yesterday and there are now 173 active cases. 7 people are in the hospital. The Delaware County Board of Supervisors responds to an allegation on social media that graves at the Poor House Cemetery in Delhi were being desecrated as preservation work was underway.
