Police say the driver was pulled over on I-88 and the man who is from Massachusettes possessed LSD and another narcotic. He was arraigned and due back in court on November 22. The Oneonta Common Council votes to implement the police reforms recommended by the Community Advisory Board. The reforms were the result of a state directive following the 2020 death of George Floyd by Minneapolis Police.
