Felony Charges Brought In Cincinnatus Fatal Hit And Run

Felony charges are brought in a Cincinatus fatal collision last June. Police say Amber Suprunchik of Dolgville hit 2 bicyclists on State Route 26 then fled the scene. One of the 2 riders died while the other suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Suprunchik turned herself in last Friday. COVID-19 Deaths In Otsego & Chenango Counties

Otsego County records the 70th death due to COVID-19-related complications. It’s not known if the individual was vaccinated. Chenango County reported its 86th COVID-19 related death last Friday and there’s no word if that person received the vaccine. Otsego County has 102 active cases while Chenango County reports 135 active cases.

Bench Dedicated To “Cooperstown’s Santa Claus”

The man known as Cooperstown’s Santa Claus is memorialized through a bench in Pioneer Park. Oneonta Won’t Be Double-Charged For EMS Under County Plan

Oneonta will not be paying more for ambulance services under Otsego County’s new EMS plan. Roseboom Man Charged In UTV Theft

A grand larceny charges is brought in the theft last month of a UTV in the Town of Roseboom. Police say the 29-year-old man also from Roseboom was identified as the suspect after an investigation.
