Norwich Police are looking for whoever painted racist graffiti on North Mitchell Street, Mechanic Street and Gold Street. Investigators tell the Evening Sun that it happened either late Wednesday or early Thursday. The graffiti was found at four separate locations. It’s the pearl necklace worn by outfielder Joc Pederson who turned the jewelry into a rally symbol throughout the team’s march to the title.
