$1.5 Billion in Funding for Workers Who Directly Support Those with Developmental Disabilities

The New York Office for People with Developmental Disabilities will provide over $1.5 billion for those who provide support for workers in that field. Cherry Valley Fire Leaves One Dead

A fire in Cherry Valley on Tuesday leaves one person dead. Police say it happened on County Road 34A and the individual was not able to get out of the burning travel trailer. Sidney Winter Parking Restrictions In Effect

Siidney Police reminds the public that winter parking restrictions are now in effect. There is no “on street parking” allowed on any street in the village from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. until April 15th. Sidney Man Faces Felony Charge In Domestic Disturbance

A Sidney man is facing a felony charge from a domestic incident last month. Sidney Police say it happened in the Fox Street intersection area of Circle Dr. and an investigation found the man pulled a knife on the victim. NY Allocates $25 Million Initiative To Improve Housing For Farmworkers

New York unveils a $25 million package in grants and loans to improve housing conditions for farmworkers and to protect the health and safety of this critical workforce.
