City of Oneonta crews are replacing a water main valve today between Delaware Ave. and Railroad Ave. Traffic will be reduced to one lane at the railroad tracks. The Nourish NY program, established to help farmers, food banks, and families during COVID-19 is now permanent. The program was launched in April 2020 to aid dairy farmers and help meet increasing demand from food banks. Three rounds of funding were made while the temporary program was under way. The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office is looking for tips to catch the suspect in vehicle larcenies around the Village of Stamford. 19th District Congressman Antonio Delgado announces that a half-million dollar grant is awarded to the Friends of Recovery of Delaware and Otsego Counties, Inc. for a program to help those in substance recovery find work. The repair work at the main entrance of Bassett Medical Center’s outpatient clinic building in Cooperstown is expected to continue through the winter months.
