Delaware County CIOC Audit Has Few Recommendations

The results are in from an audit of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce’s tourism funds. According to the Reporter the audit which was ordered and paid for by Delaware County supervisors came back with few recommendations. Cuomo Impeachment Investigation Report Released

We’re getting a look at the State Assembly’s impeachment investigation into former Governor Andrew Cuomo’s sexual harrassment allegations. It confirmed those allegations along with charges Cuomo manipulated data showing the true norsing home COVID-19 death toll. Oxford Holiday Festival Is Sunday

Middleburgh 6-year-old Completes Catskill Trail

A 6-year-old girl from Middleburgh jouns the Catskill 3500 Club by completing all of the Catskill Mountain High Peaks. .According to the Post-Standard Luna Pelton is the youngest person to complete every designated hiking trail in the Catskill Park. Sidney Auto Dealer Donates Turkeys & Hams

Sidney residents received donated turkeys and hams from a village car dealership. Butler Auto Sales owner Michael Butler says they made the donations to thank the community for its support during COVID-19. It’s the first year the dealership has made these donations. A driver who swerved trying to avoid a deer in Laurens ends up being rescued from a pond. The driver was not hurt. Police say that if a deer enters the roadway brake firmly and stay in your lane. More COVID-19 Related Deaths Reported

There are now 78 COVID-19 related deaths in Otsego County after officials report 3 deaths last week. Delaware County officials say 2 more people died from COVID-19 related complications briging the total to 71. Case counts are on the rise in each county and in Chenango County.

Bassett Employees To Get Bonuses

Bassett Healthcare Network is giving bonuses to full- and part-time employees, The money comes in large part from a Scriven Foundation donation.
