The Walton Central School District partnered with the New York State Police and Delaware County Sheriff’s Office for a hold-in-place drill Tuesday morning at the middle and high school. A man is recovering from being hit by a car in Delhi last Saturday. Police say it happened near Highway 10 and Falls Mills Road.
