An Oneonta man is facing charges after an investigation found he had a cataslytic converter that was stolen from a Town of Milford location. According to the Sheriff’s Office the arrest stemmed from a suspicious person call. The man also had an outstanding arrest warrant. Two men are facing charges from a street fight investigation in the Village of Sidney. Police say they responded to a call on April 7 and took the Oneonta man and Sidney man into custody. The New York Stretch Limousine Passenger Safety Task Force now has until October 1 to issue its final report under an executive order signed by Gov. Kathy Hochul. The panel was created after the 2018 Schoharie limo crash that killed 20 people. The original report deadline was last November.
