A Norwich High Schooler’s father is out $325 after his son drove a tractor to campus last Friday. DMV Distributing Etiching Kits To Curb Catalytic Converter Theft

The Department of Motor Vehicles is working to combat catalytic converter thefts through a process where auto dealers etch a traceable serial number that can be linked back to the vehicle from which it was stolen. Oneonta Woman Charged In Stabbing

An Oneonta woman is facing charges in connection with a domestic dispute. Police say the woman stabbed a man at a Fonda Avenue residence resulting in a serious injury. He is recovering at an Albany hospital. The woman is held pending arraignment. Source: Press release

Driver Critically Injured In Edmeston Crash

A one-car crash in Edmeston on Thursday leaves the driver fighting for his life. Police say the driver was speeding on County Highway 20 when he lost control resulting in the car hitting a fence and a tree. The car then started on fire.
