An Oneonta man faces several charges from a shoplifting incident at a Highway 26 convenience store. According to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office the man tried to make off with nearly $850 worth of merchandise. He also possessed a small amount of LSD. The man was arraigned then released. A 3-month fraud investigation by the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office results in a Davenport woman facing several charges.
