Delaware County’s new behavioral health facility is now open. A ribbon cutting ceremony took place Tuesday at the Walton facility on Delaware Street. During the national baby formula shortage Bassett Healthcare Network wants to ensure parents are aware of the right and wrong ways to conserve resources. New York is now accepting applications for the Carey Gabay Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship honors the man killed in 2015 as an innocent victim of gun violence. Tourism related businesses along with event and festival organizers were invited to apply for funding up to $1,000 per program or event.
