Governor primary and he will face Republican challenger Alison Esposito who was unopposed. Congressional primaries will be held in late August.

A man from Meredith faces weapons and criminal contempt charges from a Delaware County Sheriff’s Office investigation. Deputies determined the man was in possession of seven long guns after failing to surrender them as part of a Family Court Order of Protection. He was released on his own recogniance. A 450,000-square-foot warehouse could be coming to Schoharie. According to the Times-Journal a Schenectady-based developer recently brought the proposed warehouse plans to the Planning Board. It would be located on land the developer owns off I-88 and Route 30. It could house up to 3 distribution centers plus office space.
