The mobile cancer screening coach will be at the Stamford Tops on July 28 from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. to provide no cost mammograms and Pap tests to people 40 and over. NC Fugitive Apprehended In Norwich

A fugitive from North Carolina is taken into custody in Norwich on Wednesday. Norwich police and the U.S. Marshals Service located the man at a Columbia Street address and took him into custody without a struggle.
