Schenevus Man Arrested For Lewd Act

A man from Schenevus is facing charges after an Otsego County Sheriff’s investigation into reports of a lewd act done in front of children. Investigators say it happened at a town of Westford location and the man was taken into custody on Tuesday. He is being held pending arraignment. Edmeston Women Charged With Animal Neglect

2 women from Edmeston are facing charges after State Police find they abandoned cats and dogs in a trailer. Troopers responded to aTaylor Hill Road location and found the cats and dogs had minimal to no ventilation and no access to water. The Susquehanna SPCA is caring for the animals. NYSP Arrest 7 For DWI

State Police in Troop C removed seven impaired motorists off the roadways over the Independence Day weekend. The troop’s area includes Chenango, Delaware and Otsego Counties.
