State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli’s office reports the number of residents falling behind on utility bills skyrocketed during COVID-19. A study found that as of last March one in 8 customers were behind. The total amount owed grew to $1.8 billion nearly double the amount than before the pandemic. Carlisle Man Charged For Possession Of Cocaine And Heroin

A suspicious person report im the Town of Carlisle results in a man facing a felony drug charge. State Police were invcestigated the report and found the man possesed heroin.
