The City of Norwich is installing 4 electric vehicle chargers. Officials say they signed an agreement with Greenspot to obtain the chargers at no cost. They will be located in the
Hayes St. Parking lot, Red Roof Inn Parking lot, East Main Street parking lot
and the Fire Department parking lot
