A new exhibit opens today at the Chenango Arts Council. It’s titled ‘The HeART of Norwich’ and is a collection by local historian John Antonowicz of artworks created by Chenango County artists or depicting the community. An opening reception is at 5:30 p.m. with light refreshments provided.
