A Waltonman is facing a felony level Criminal sale of a Weapon charge from a Delaware County Sheriff’s investigation. It determined the man purchased a weapon while under a Temporary Extreme Risk Protection Order. The man was booked into jail without bail.

SUNY Oneonta Students to Go ‘Into The Streets’ to Volunteer

About 300 SUNY Oneonta students will be stationed at local businesses, parks, nonprofits and schools on Saturday to volunteer during the university’s annual community service day, called Into The Streets. They will be raking leaves, planting flowers, painting, cleaning and more at 23 sites across Otsego and Delaware counties.

It’s over a month late but New York has a new state budget. The $229 billion spending plan also includes changes to bail reform laws, raising the minimum wage to $16 over a three year period and new requirements to shift people to clean energy.

Pitcher Mqan Charged In Cortland County Larceny

A man from Pitcher is charged in a Cortland County larceny. Police say the man took merchandise past all points of sale without paying at the Walmart on Bennie Road. He was booked then released on his own recognkzance pending a May 15 court date.
