ROAD WORK

A contractor working for the City of Oneonta will be striping Main St and Chestnut St tomorrow, Thursday, June 15th. Work will occur from Thursday, 6/15 at 11:00 pm to Friday, 6/16 6:00 am. During this time, some side streets connecting to Main St may be closed to allow the paint to dry.

WATER MAIN WORK

According the Evening Sun, construction work in downtown Norwich officially began yesterday as Department of Public Works (DPW) crews broke ground on the water main replacement project. The City of Oneonta will be resuming downtown parking enforcement of time-limited spaces, in accordance with posted signs, on Wednesday, June 14th. Downtown residents, business owners, and commuters are encouraged to park in all-day / 24-hour parking spaces.
